Blueberry & Pomegranate Gimlet

Classic Gimlets are smooth, simple and sexy. Made with Gin, lime juice and a dash of simple syrup this tasty beverage is credited to British Naval Officers of the 19th century according to Gin Foundry.

As the story goes, mixing a little bit of gin and citrus juice together was a dashing way to look fancy and keep scurvy at bay! This became so popular with sailors that all naval vessels were soon stocked with Roses Lime Cordial, originally created and patented by Scottsman Lauchlan Rose in 1867.

During our last happy hour, Chloe decided to mix in some fresh summer fruits and created this tasty twist on the classic cocktail!
