Step 1 | Book A Consultation
If you like what you see and want to work with us, then let's get this started. Complete our consultation form and one of our amazing florists will reach out and schedule a time to chat through your ideas and wedding details.
Your initial consultation will be 20 - 45 minutes in length and your designer will go over all your needs, chat about seasonal floral availabilities, and discuss different ideas and options for your designs. This is where the fun begins!
After your initial phone consultation your floral designer will create a stunning, one of a kind proposal for you with transparent pricing and a stunning gallery of inspiration images for your big day. Your proposal generally is created within a week and outlines all of your floral items with images of flowers that will be used as well as rentals, linens and candles.

Now for the exciting part!
After reviewing your proposal, requesting any changes it is time to seal the deal and book Primary Petals as your florist and its super easy! Included in your proposal is a link to sign your contract and an outline of your payment schedule which can be customized to your liking.
Once your contract is signed, you need to pay your 50% deposit within 2 weeks to secure your booking and your final payment and headcount and final changes are due 30 days prior to your event.
